Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for riders and drivers, including onboarding, issue resolution, and escalation management
    across voice, chat, and digital channels.
  • Identify and understand the needs of riders and drivers to offer effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Document interactions and feedback from riders/drivers to inform service delivery improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably, experience as a content creator, customer service specialist, or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 Rotational)
  • Fluency in English (B1 level and above) and one of the following languages (Native): Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Dutch, with
    excellent writing skills.

Remuneration:

  • MYR 8,000 - 9,000
